2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRODUCT NATURE
MANDATORY DISCLAIMER: The products sold on this site are “Aftermarket Dealer Displays” designed exclusively for interior decoration. They are not manufactured, endorsed, affiliated with, or authorized by Rolex S.A., Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, or their respective subsidiaries.
These are homage items intended for residential or office decor purposes. By purchasing from the Archive, the client acknowledges they are buying a decorative object inspired by horological designs, not a precision chronometer manufactured by the original watch brand. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
3. PAYMENT PROTOCOL
Due to the limited nature of our inventory and the custom manufacturing process required for specific “Dealer Display” references, payment is captured immediately upon order placement.
This immediate capture secures your allocation in the production and testing queue.
Your order status will transition from “Processing” to “Quality Control” within 24-48 hours.
4. LOGISTICS & CUSTOMS (DDP POLICY)
We operate a transparent “Delivered Duty Paid” (DDP) logistics model for our premium shipping tiers. We believe the price you see is the price you should pay.
Import Duties: https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&source=gmail&q=CrownClocks.com absorbs standard import duties and taxes for major regions. You will not be asked to pay extra fees by the courier upon delivery in most cases.
The 48-Hour Quarantine: All clocks undergo a mandatory 48-hour testing cycle (Movement Drift & Lume Check) before dispatch.
Transit Time: Average global transit is 7-12 business days via our secure logistics partners.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS PROTOCOL
We stand by the engineering quality of our displays. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt.
Condition of Return: The item must be in original condition with all protective film and “Archive Spec” foam packaging intact.
Return Authorization: You MUST contact our support team via email to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping. Returns without an RA number will be rejected.
6. THE “CROWN” WARRANTY (1 YEARS)
We do not repair; we replace. Our warranty reflects our confidence in the 316L Stainless Steel construction and the Silent Sweep movements.
Coverage: Valid for 12 months from the date of delivery.
Scope: Covers mechanical failure of the quartz movement, loose markers, or structural defects in the steel chassis.
Resolution: In the event of a confirmed defect, Crown Clocks will ship a brand-new replacement unit free of charge.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant legal authorities governing our fulfillment hubs.
