At Crown Clocks, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our instruments. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. The clock must be in its original “Archive Spec” packaging, unused, and in pristine condition.
1. Arrival Protection & Damages
We prioritize secure packaging, but if your clock arrives damaged during transit:
Report Immediately: Contact us at contact@superiorclock.com within 48 hours.
Provide Evidence: Include clear photos of the damaged outer carton and the instrument. Once verified, we will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
2. Refund Process & Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will notify you of the approval.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal / Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping: For non-defective returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
